1. At this stage, the light source with luminous characters is mainly based on the conventional setting. The input voltage is DC12V. The three-, five-, and six-LED light source modules are more common. DC12V output from a constant voltage switching power supply is required.
It is a power supply, so pay attention to the fact that if you do not install a switching power supply when installing the luminous characters, do not directly connect the luminous characters or the LED light source module to the mains AC 220V, otherwise the LED light source module will be burned because of the high voltage.
2. In order to avoid long-term full-load operation of the switching power supply, the switching power supply and the LED load power are preferably 1: 0.8, and the service life of the product according to this configuration will be more safe and lasting.
3. If there are more than 25 modules, they should be connected separately, and then connected by high-quality copper core wires larger than 1.5 square millimeters in parallel to the outside of the light box. The length of the power cord should be as short as possible. Properly increase the wire diameter. The unused wires at the end of the module must be cut and pasted to avoid short circuits. They must be firmly secured. If necessary, use self-tapping screws to fix the non-waterproof series. Outdoor use, the slotted words must be waterproofed;

5. In the process of using LED light source modules, we must pay attention to the problem of voltage drop. Don't make only one loop, starting from the beginning to the end. Doing so will not only cause inconsistency in brightness due to the difference in voltage between the head and the tail, but also cause the problem of excessive single current burning the circuit board. The correct approach is to parallel as many circuits as possible to ensure a reasonable distribution of voltage and current.
